What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process requests for patient health information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with policies and regulations
- Manage patient health records and ensure accuracy in medical documentation
- Create digital images of paperwork for electronic storage and respond to requests for patient records
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and assist with patient inquiries and administrative duties
- Meet productivity expectations and assist with additional responsibilities as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail regarding medical records

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Previous production or metric-based work experience
- In-person customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with clients and contribute process improvement suggestions
- Comfortable providing feedback and new ideas to internal stakeholders
