What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update spreadsheets using Excel with Orders tracking using Homecare Home base
- Assist with Orders manager by comparing incoming orders through workflow with outstanding orders
- Scan and attach orders to update patient's files
- Deliver/pick-up orders to physician offices
- Provide clerical support including filing, copying, and data entry

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience using Home Care Home Base
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- 1 year of general office experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 40 to 50 WPM

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience over the phone
