What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches and reviews to support evidence-based decision-making
- Extract and assess relevant data from studies, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to present findings and recommendations
- Develop policy recommendations based on evidence reviews for Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs)
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on systematic review methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and systematic review software tools (e.g., RevMan, DistillerSR, Covidence)
- Experience conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Data Science, or a related field
- Two years of related experience
- Knowledge of PRISMA guidelines
- Experience with GRADE methodology
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., Stata, R)
