What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closures and competitive conversions
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and advanced practice clinicians
- Execute effective territory and account planning, including administrative duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the Healthcare Industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with high integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in wound care and surgical markets
- Additional experience in Business to Business sales
- Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours as needed
