      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed sales targets by closing key accounts and converting competition
      - Possess and effectively communicate clinical and product knowledge
      - Conduct customer needs assessments and develop solutions
      - Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
      - Interact with advanced practice clinicians and influence product choice decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - At least 3 years of outside sales experience required; healthcare industry preferred
      - Additional experience in business-to-business sales helpful
      - Self-motivated and able to work independently
      - Fluent in Microsoft programs; experience with CRM recommended

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in wound care and surgical markets
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com or Dynamics
      - Strong presentation and negotiation skills
      - Ability to travel overnight and work weekends as needed
