What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to clients
- Assess customer needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and advanced practice clinicians
- Execute sales processes and coordinate opportunities internally and externally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in business-to-business sales is helpful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and experience with CRM tools
- Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours as needed (approximately 25-35% of the time)
