      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives and analyze sales data for key opportunities
      - Increase sales volume by achieving or exceeding established sales objectives through effective sales plans
      - Conduct training seminars and presentations for key customers on orthopedic products
      - Monitor competitor activities and industry trends within the assigned territory
      - Maintain accurate sales forecasting and track territory activities in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) year college or university degree is preferred
      - Two (2) to three (3) years of sales experience, including prospecting and closing new business
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to meet travel requirements (50% travel)

      - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications
      - Proven problem-solving abilities and strong work ethic
      - Strong time and territory management skills
      - Ability to plan and organize time effectively
