What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account management and competitive conversions
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge to stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Conduct thorough customer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
- Execute effective territory and account planning, including pre and post-call strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry sales preferred
- Experience with wound care or surgical markets is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to travel overnight and work weekends as needed (approximately 25-35% of the time)
