      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions
      - Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
      - Conduct customer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
      - Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
      - Execute effective sales processes and coordinate opportunities with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Experience in wound care or surgical markets is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
      - Must be willing to travel overnight and work weekends (approximately 25-35% of the time)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in Business to Business sales
      - Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics
      - Self-motivated with a competitive and strategic mindset
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Strong integrity and passion for the healthcare industry
