      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively grow and manage an outside sales territory to generate referrals from current and new partners
      - Prospect potential partners and B2B accounts daily to create a pipeline of referral leads
      - Conduct weekly in-service presentations within medical practices to promote the employer’s services
      - Maintain and improve existing sales practices and identify areas for funnel optimization
      - Collaborate with internal teams to address partner issues and ensure accurate information sharing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
      - 2-5 years of outside sales experience managing a sales territory
      - Ability to travel daily within the local territory for in-person meetings
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
      - Excellent communication and presentation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling into healthcare provider offices
      - Strong drive to build and grow your own territory
      - Demonstrated success in prospecting and new market development
      - Experience using data to determine daily/weekly field activity
      - Familiarity with LeadSquared or similar CRM and sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator)
