What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closures and competitive conversions
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
- Conduct customer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
- Plan and execute sales processes and maintain administrative duties accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs; experience with CRM systems recommended
- Willingness to travel overnight and work flexible hours (25-35% of time)

- Experience in wound care or surgical markets
