      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Allergy/Immunology and ENT therapeutic areas to enhance product utilization
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and patient advocacy groups
      - Collaborate with regional colleagues and home office personnel to address customer needs proactively
      - Analyze market dynamics and trends to inform strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives
      - Participate in industry-related congresses and medical conferences to support sales success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; advanced education or certifications are a plus
      - At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Immunology and/or ENT markets or similar specialty markets
      - Demonstrated success in sales performance in complex markets
      - Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
      - Strong ethical standards and compliance orientation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology markets
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales performance expectations
      - Familiarity with diverse customer segments and complex market dynamics
      - Strong collaborative skills with internal and external partners
      - Passion for science and proactive learning about disease states and treatment options
