      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage credentialing and quality system software planning and implementation across the employer
      - Provide statistical analysis and data trending to Medical Staff leadership for decision-making
      - Collaborate and educate staff on software functionality and data validity
      - Act as a resource for data analysis and quality performance dashboards
      - Develop and monitor performance profiles for organizational planning and peer review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Terminology
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Statistical Analyst
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Ability to perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally

      - Experience in statistical analysis within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with credentialing processes and quality performance standards
