Job summary
We have two exciting opportunities within our friendly Paediatric Secretarial Team at Musgrove Park Hospital. This is for 1x full-time Medical Secretary, and 1x Medical Secretary at 30 hours covering maternity leave for 12 months.
We are able to offer partial working from home with all necessary equipment to the successful candidate once fully trained.
We are also able to offer this as a development post to the right candidate, you will receive comprehensive in-house training as well as the opportunity to gain qualifications such as Medical Terminology and Business Administration.
Main duties of the job
You will work as part of the Paediatric Secretarial Team providing a comprehensive secretarial service including telephone duties, typing (including audio), filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, arranging appointments, and generally assisting in the smooth running and co-ordination of the secretarial team.
