ABOUT THE JOB
As the MedTech Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships and collaborations that support the development and implementation of MedTech solutions with Specialized Nutrition at Danone.
They will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external MedTech partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities. Building these partnerships internally and externally to drive growth and innovation from pilots to scaled solutions in the MedTech space at Danone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential solutions and collaborations with CBUs and our partners that support the development and implementation of MedTech solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the MedTech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement partnership and solution strategies.
• Manage partnerships and collaborations throughout the lifecycle, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
• Develop and implement processes and metrics to track and evaluate the success of partnerships and collaborations.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements in the MedTech space.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field. Master's degree beneficial but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital partnerships and collaborations. Experience within MedTech or digital health beneficial.
• Strong understanding of the MedTech, Digital Health or Connected Health ecosystem, including key players and trends.
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships and collaborations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
