What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project teams and foster collaboration while creating Scope of Work (SOW) and key deliverables
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring effective management of all details
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining open and proactive communication
- Oversee project teams to ensure quality and successful execution of travel programs
- Finalize billing with accounting and ensure financial accuracy throughout the project
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, event management, or customer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new technology tools
- Experience in maintaining budgets and developing client relationships

- 1–3 years of event planning or related experience
