      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct member outreach via telephone, text, and email to engage patients for scheduled appointments
      - Collaborate closely with provider practices to leverage management systems and obtain patient data
      - Document all interactions and dispositions in the employer's internal applications
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations
      - Initiate encounters once visits are confirmed to facilitate care continuity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with various EMR systems
      - Administrative experience in a provider office
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate skills in MS Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
