  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Engage with members for past due payments through outbound sales calls
  - Renew memberships that are nearing expiration
  - Conduct meaningful conversations with members to understand their needs
  - Follow up with customers as promised and fulfill their needs
  - Maintain strong relationships with members through assessments and solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
  - Prior experience in an Outbound Sales/Customer Engagement role is a plus
  - Excellent organizational and time management skills
  - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
  - Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
