What is Required (Qualifications):
- Authentic and passionate about helping others
- Comfortable recommending and processing financial products
- Service excellence awards or similar recognition
- Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday
- Multi-lingual capabilities, including Spanish, highly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker
- Leadership position at current workplace
- Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish highly preferred
- Comfortable recommending and processing financial products like loans
- Service excellence awards or similar recognition
