      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding medication and benefits
      - Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate to the appropriate team member as necessary
      - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and departmental standard operating procedures
      - Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate empathy during interactions with callers
      - Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship
      - Ability to maintain a suitable home office that meets employer standards
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Previous remote work experience
      - Fluency in Spanish
      - Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
