      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with current or prospective members, providing assistance with professionalism and positivity
      - Resolve voice and email interactions on topics such as general inquiries, returns, tracking, and modifying orders
      - Provide accurate and complete information to enhance the online shopping experience for members
      - Master initial skills to handle more complex situations and work in alternate channels such as messaging or social media
      - Support members in placing orders and managing returns while building strong relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center experience within the last 5 years
      - Proficient in relevant computer applications
      - 1-3 years of experience in a contact center environment
      - Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
      - Excellent data entry and typing skills
      - Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
