What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with private companies to facilitate their participation in clients’ risk management programs
- Guide clients through the submission of confidential financial information and overcome roadblocks
- Introduce and explain the employer's business model, products, and processes to private companies
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a highly engaged team focused on client satisfaction and operational support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Prior experience in a client interaction role with proven professional communication skills
- Experience working with financial statements is a significant plus
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms such as Zendesk or Intercom is advantageous

- Fluency in a second language
- Strong written and oral communication skills, effective across all organizational levels
- Customer-oriented approach with tact and courtesy
- Excellent diligence, critical thinking, and analytical skills
