      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide planning support for 12-18 meetings throughout the year, including in-person and hybrid formats
      - Collaborate with leadership to understand event purposes and proactively develop solutions
      - Manage all aspects of events, including logistics, engagement support, and budget preparation
      - Coordinate venue arrangements, including negotiating contracts and overseeing setup requirements
      - Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in future event planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in hospitality, public relations, management, or a related field strongly preferred
      - Proven experience in project management with a successful events track record
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Meticulous attention to detail and expert time management skills
