      Description

      SUMMARY:
      The Member Services Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing customer service to our Season Ticket Members as well as their partners and guests.
      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
      1. Respond to incoming inquiries from Season Ticket Members
      2. Develop relationships with Season Ticket Members through various touchpoint initiatives throughout the year via phone calls, emails, in person meetings, game day interactions and other special events
      3. Identify partners that Season Ticket Members may share accounts with and develop an understanding of what they value about their Patriots experience
      4. Collaborate with the Member Services Team to incorporate new creative ideas to get key decision makers involved with our off-season events and game day experiences
      5. Strive to retain Season Ticket Members from year to year and ensure their long term happiness
      6. Act as a liaison with the Ticket Office including follow up on unpaid accounts, seat relocation requests and other ticket management issues.
      7. Build and maintain internal informational documents for Member Services team
      8. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to organize member requests and track relevant emails and notes
      9. Prioritize issues that need to be addressed with other departments throughout the organization
      10. Provide exemplary customer service by following up with Members in a timely manner with the correct information that they requested and going above and beyond their expectations
      11. Assist with identifying and managing creative Member only events and other value-added programs
      12. Work with other departments to create awareness of all operational details for Club and Suites
      13. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
      • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
      SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
      • Outgoing, creative & results oriented
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Exemplary inter-personal skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
      • Self-motivated
      • 1-3 years work experience
      • Bachelors Degree preferred
