What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose enhancements to improve service quality
- Assist in the development and updating of quality standards aligned with customer expectations
- Facilitate calibration sessions for quality coaches and frontline staff
- Provide analytical feedback to management on performance metrics and quality assurance processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of call center or relevant quality assurance experience
- Familiarity with evaluation and coaching processes, as well as error-tracking methods
- Knowledge of SMI programs, guidelines, and organizational structure
- Proficiency in software including Microsoft Office, Tableau, and other relevant tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with quality assurance tools and data collection methodologies
- Familiarity with Groundhog, Dash, Gong, and Hubspot software
- Previous experience in developing training materials for quality assurance programs
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance management
- Active involvement in a faith-based community or organization
