      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all activities related to the collection of accounts and perform quality control checks on collection activities
      - Engage and motivate department staff to foster a culture of excellence and results
      - Manage direct reports, setting expectations, organizing work, and providing constructive feedback
      - Lead department operations in the absence of the Member Solutions Manager and handle member complaint resolutions
      - Produce monthly reports to support department operations and make recommendations for improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of collections experience, with at least 3 years in a credit union or other financial institution
      - Minimum 3 years of experience handling repossessions, bankruptcy, and mortgage collections, including forbearance and foreclosure
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a people leader
      - Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations such as the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and Bankruptcy laws
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Freddie Mac guidelines and reporting
      - Minimum of 1 year leading a team in a remote environment
