      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle customer inquiries and service requests across multiple communication channels, promoting AAA products and services
      - Process membership sales, renewals, and general account maintenance accurately
      - Manage Roadside Assistance requests with empathy and urgency, ensuring safety-related issues are prioritized
      - Accurately gather and document customer information to provide exemplary service
      - Assist members with travel arrangements and direct clients to appropriate agents for insurance and driving training needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Previous customer service experience
      - Call center or dispatch experience preferred
      - Superior active listening skills with the ability to interpret verbal information effectively
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center or dispatch environment
      - Familiarity with multiple computer systems and technical aptitude
      - Experience in sales or achieving performance goals
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make logical decisions
      - Knowledge of AAA products and services
