      Job Summary

      The Membership Enrollment Specialist I processes enrollment additions, updates, changes and reinstatements accurately and in a timely manner for assigned product line. This position works closely with Group Representatives, Underwriting and Marketing on group enrollment, renewals, and failure to pay premium issues

      Requirements

      EDUCATION

      High School diploma or equivalent.

      EXPERIENCE

      Minimum two (2) years' administrative experience.
      Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

      Responsibilities

      Assisting with customer service needs as required., Maintains correspondence with internal and external customers., Performs other duties as assigned, Processes membership enrollment additions, updates, changes, and/or reinstatements in an accurate and timely manner., Providing lead technical support and guidance to enrollment groups and members., Reviewing records worked by team members, as needed., Trains and coaches Membership Processors, as needed

      This position is identified as level three (3).       Segregation of duties will be used to ensure that errors or irregularities are prevented or detected on a timely basis by employees in the normal course of business. This position must adhere to the segregation of duties guidelines in the Administrative Manual.
