      Job responsibilities

      Step into a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive the future of Mental Health services across our NHS division. As Operations Director, you'll lead a high performing Mental Health Leadership team and take ownership of all operational delivery within the Mental Health Business Unit.

      Working in close partnership with the Managing Director, Physical Health Operations Director and Head of Strategy & System, youll help shape an ambitious strategic vision for the Mental Health market and turn that vision into reality.

      As a key member of the NHS Board, you'll champion Mental Health priorities. You'll make sure central and supporting functions stay aligned, focused and delivering at pace.

      You'll be accountable for operational excellence, financial performance and proactive risk management across the Mental Health Business Unit. You'll drive continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver outstanding outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

      Essential Criteria includes:

      • 3 years+ senior management experience and proven leadership within a Mental Health Service
      • 3 years+ experience of delivering operations in a senior management position in a high achieving/ target driven environment
      • 3 Years+ experience of owning and managing senior customer/ ICB relationships.
      • Experience of full P&L and Financial accountability, for multiple services
      • Strong familiarity of using PowerBi for data analysis
