What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review mental health disability claims and document findings in the case management system
- Recommend mental health community resources to aid Plan Members' recovery
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to case managers managing mental health claims
- Develop and deliver training sessions on mental health topics and case management requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement innovations in mental health case management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in health sciences or equivalent
- Work experience in the clinical field of Mental Health
- Strong ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of PC applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in disability management or disability case management
- Demonstrated experience in training others
- Background in generating and implementing innovative solutions
- Experience in trend analysis and gap identification
- Bilingualism in English and French, especially for candidates in Québec
