      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of Menu and Content Database structures
      - Provide day-to-day support for the stable operation of menu and content platforms
      - Develop project plans and provide direction for effective release management of menu standards
      - Serve as an IT liaison between various departments and franchisees for menu management and evolution
      - Provide Level 2 support to operators, field force, and internal customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a technology emphasis
      - 3+ years of experience in support activities related to EPOS/Mobile App/Menu Boards
      - Knowledge of restaurant or retail POS, web back office, and Kitchen routing systems
      - Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
      - Advanced computer skills and proficiency in software like MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with restaurant technology software and menu platforms
      - Experience with PAR Brink EPOS, Retail Mobile Apps, Olo, Digital Menu Boards
      - Intermediate math skills and attention to detail in data management
