      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple HVAC/MEP projects from preconstruction through closeout
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
      - Develop and manage scopes of work, budgets, and timelines
      - Anticipate and troubleshoot issues in real-time, offering practical and creative solutions
      - Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, accountable team culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager in HVAC, Mechanical, or MEP environments
      - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
      - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management platforms a plus
      - Customer-focused, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in HVAC, Mechanical, or MEP environments beyond the minimum requirement
      - Familiarity with project management software and tools
      - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
      - Previous experience in budgeting and procurement for construction projects
      - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction
