- Benchmark and understand consumer trends for product retailing.
- Develop brand merchandise strategies to drive ecommerce revenue.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation, as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
- Interact with peers across organization to gain learnings and insights to understand business priorities and how merchandise can support goals
- Use lifestyle goods to grow Cadillac presence in luxe culture with new audiences. Brand first, revenue second.
- Ensure branded merchandise meets product quality expectations, uniqueness, and brand fit.
- Partner with GM Licensing, GM Design, and Cadillac Racing. Liaise with external vendors, licensees, partners, design houses to support product development.
- Manage existing brand partners and grow new brand partners.
- Lead the design development of ‘white label ‘collections.
- Partner with brands on ‘capsule’ collections.
- Continue to grow Cadillac Racing, special focus will be on F1.
- Grow brand licensing relationships with the right partners.
- Review products on an ongoing basis with key bi-annual licensee collections.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in marketing, advertising, business, or other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, merchandising or project management.
- Strong understanding of both fashion and product licensing.
- Self-motivated, effective communicator, and strong project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of benchmarking and industry trends within branded merchandise.

Job Description
This role is categorized as HYBRID. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
The Merchandising Brand Lead will work with the brand team to develop and execute marketing strategies to support brand priorities. In partnership with the brand team the Merchandise Brand Lead supports Cadillac vehicle integration in gaming, toys and scale models. This role will need to focus on opportunities to grow our vehicle presence in games and lifestyle goods, specifically with V-Series and Cadillac Racing as we enter F1, and expand on existing relationships with Forza and Epic and explore new opportunities in collaboration with GM Design.
In this role, the candidate will need to be self-motivated and inquisitive in understanding product trends. Candidate will need to Define lifestyle product strategy, from licensed merchandise to white label product to unique partner collabs. This role includes design development, production oversite, and opportunities to define a communications ecosystem as Cadillac works to grow this space. The role includes managing relationships with existing collab partners and building relationships with new brand partners. Beyond lifestyle product development, the role includes oversite of brand licensees, dealer boutiques, branded wardrobe, and pop-up experiences. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for design.
