  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Execute sales solutions and assess stores for sales growth opportunities
  - Analyze product movement and suggest improvements to increase sales
  - Develop and present sales presentations to store personnel for effective product placement
  - Manage store proposals and drive new item placements to maximize sales exposure
  - Communicate effectively with merchandising teams and store personnel regarding project planning and execution
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and relationship management capabilities
  - Proficiency in Excel, Access, Cognos, PowerPoint, and similar tools
  - Ability to travel 80% of the time by air and stay overnight as needed
  - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Prior experience in the food industry or code-sensitive product environment
  - Demonstrated ability to identify long-term issues and implement strategies to address them
  - Competencies in financial acumen, collaboration, and managing complexity
  - Experience in developing strong store relationships to achieve sales objectives
