What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Buyers with the execution of merchandising initiatives to meet sales and margin goals
- Maintain accurate assortment plans and product data according to established standards
- Compile, organize, and analyze reports to assist in merchandising decisions
- Manage the end-to-end sample process and ensure organized sample areas
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience supporting merchandising, buying, retail operations, or a related function
- Ability to analyze data, compile reports, and manage detailed information accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum physical ability to lift and move merchandise samples (up to 20 lbs)
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including occasional local or regional travel

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of retail merchandising and basic retail math
