What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with category managers and the Data & Analytics team to develop competitive pricing strategies
- Review, analyze, and validate data deliveries to propose pricing recommendations
- Conduct ongoing pricing analyses using both internal and external data
- Participate in the annual review of prices, assortments, and campaign strategies
- Share best practices and insights about pricing processes with other business units
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience in compiling and integrating data from various sources
- Proficient in data visualization and presenting findings to diverse audiences
- Experience analyzing data within the retail industry, preferably in a large organization
- Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages for statistical calculations (e.g., R, Python) is a plus

- Experience in pricing and assortment optimization
- Previous work experience in a data-driven role within the retail sector
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights
