What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and input information into promotional planning systems, communicating with appropriate retailers and regions
- Maintain accurate information related to product assortment and shelf organization in relevant systems
- Communicate pricing guidelines and recommendations to retailers, ensuring accurate input of pricing information
- Support the Category Manager with planning, record keeping, and filing related to the merchandising process
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate with other business planning groups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of retail and/or supply chain merchandising experience with a solid understanding of operations and category management
- Strong planning and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop effective business relationships
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment for independent decision-making in the absence of direct supervision
