- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical skills, and coordination of complex activities
- Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
- Engage with peers, managers, and partners across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to the leadership team
- Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data
- Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors
- 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong SQL experience utilizing large scale databases -- Teradata, Oracle, etc.
- Experience building Tableau dashboards
- Excellent business insight and strategic orientation in translating analytics into business actions and results
- Financial services industry experience
- Merchant Services experience
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet aggressive deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced, and complex environment
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of employees
- Self-starter with the ability to acquire new concepts and skills quickly
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

The Merchant Services Analytics team is seeking two (2) Lead Analytics Consultants to support the Sales organization. Primary responsibilities will be creating various dashboards leveraging Tableau and reporting that would encompass all of merchant sales channels and activities. Content will vary from sales performance, KPI’s, sign volume, revenue, etc. These will be regular reports and dashboards presented on with some ad hoc request support.
