      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain strong business relationships with Merchant Services customers, ensuring high-quality customer service
      - Contact inactive merchants to reestablish relationships and reactivate accounts
      - Respond to customer inquiries and promote Merchant Services within established Service Level Agreements
      - Follow up on retention leads to reduce merchant attrition and ensure account retention
      - Negotiate pricing and profitability of franchise-able banking customers to prevent account attrition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Strong knowledge of the merchant industry, products, and services, including electronic payment processing practices
      - Excellent communication skills, including strong writing ability
      - Strong PC skills, including experience with online and third-party reporting systems
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical ability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Merchant Services or Small Business Specialist
      - Familiarity with Fivserv
