What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and manage integration tasks for automated system conversions related to new mergers and acquisitions
- Coordinate activities and deliverables to ensure a smooth transition of acquired entities into the employer's systems
- Oversee the cleanup of legacy agency systems and collaborate with various teams
- Create and document compliance testing processes for acquisition data conversions
- Prepare timelines, coordinate project lifecycle meetings, and assist with documentation for M&A processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and other desktop tools
- Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines and dependencies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thorough knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry and agency management systems (e.g., TAM or AMS360)
- Project management experience
- Experience in Brokerage Operations
