- Responsible for writing reports and signing off on them.
- Support Sample Management Operations within Lab Cryogenic freezers, Biorepository Fridges, Stability chambers, Incubators, & lab ambient maps.
- Act as emergency responders for all the lab equipment, reagents, freezers, and refrigerators alarms.
- Work closely with the corporate purchasing team and collaborate on special projects.
- Organize and manage lab space and resources, including allocating freezer/refrigerator/liquid nitrogen space, ordering and storage of consumables/reagents, and keeping track of inventory and expired resources.
- Manage lab inventories and upload CMMS documents, data, and other supported files.
- Coordinate laboratory purchasing to ensure items are stored at the correct temperature.
- Collaborate with the sample management team.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience ideally in a scientific working environment, such as Pharmaceuticals, Biobanking, or Laboratory Services.
- Knowledgeable in diagnosis and troubleshooting of cold storage instrumentation, equipment, and software (LIMS).
- Familiar and experienced with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in principles of calibration and troubleshooting instruments.
- Experience using BMRAM or other CMMS systems.
- Proven ability to deliver quality customer service and ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
- Able to maintain and grow relationships with internal clients.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
- Able to work independently, driven to deliver results.
- Applies a continuous improvement approach to achieve business excellence and support clients.
- Willing and able to learn, with an interest in continued professional development.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
