What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the instructor with teaching-related tasks, such as grading and entering grades
- Organize the Canvas site and reading materials for the course
- Help with print-outs and other administrative duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current Penn State employee or student
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in grading and data entry
- Familiarity with Canvas or other learning management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of leadership and change management concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
