      Shape the Future: Lead Campus Recruitment Strategy and Hiring at Collins Aerospace! We are seeking a Campus Recruiting Manager to lead the Collins Intern, Co-op and New Graduate recruiting efforts within Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will lead a team of Campus Recruiters who specialize in attracting and hiring students and upcoming graduates into the organization. The Campus Recruiting team works across all Strategic Business Units and all functions to fulfill the business demand. This role operates in a highly dynamic and visible environment, and as such you must take the initiative and be target-driven, informed and calm under pressure, as well as comfortable communicating with senior/executive leadership. Working in this role, you’ll be empowered to manage your team, your desk and drive creative recruiting strategies.

      What You Will Do:

      • Strategic Planning: Research, develop, and implement strategies to meet and exceed hiring demands. Drive initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusivity in our recruiting and hiring practices.

      • Candidate and Manager Experience: Partner with team members and Talent Acquisition peers to ensure a superior experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

      • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of recruiters with varying levels of experience. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help team members excel in their roles.

      • Training and Development: Assess the training needs of individual team members and create development plans to enhance their skills and capabilities. Ensure ongoing training programs are effective and aligned with business objectives.

      • Performance Management: Monitor team performance closely against KPIs and goals. Implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency without compromising quality.

      • Employee Engagement: Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and celebrate team successes.

      What You Will Learn:

      • Data-Driven Insights: Regularly create reports detailing hiring progress and prepare data for senior and executive-level presentations. Utilize analytics to optimize recruiting processes and demonstrate ROI on campus recruiting efforts.

      • Collaboration Across HR: Work closely with stakeholders across HR to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for campus hires.

      • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop strong relationships as the recruiting subject matter expert for HR partners and hiring managers. Provide strategic input, guidance, and insight into campus recruiting trends, best practices, and innovative strategies.

      • Workload Management: Ensure staffing levels on the team are sufficient to meet hiring demands. Implement effective workload leveling strategies to maintain team productivity and morale.

      Qualifications You Must Have:

      • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

      • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.

      • Prior experience leading a campus recruiting, early careers talent acquisition team.

      Qualifications We Prefer:

      • Experience building and executing recruitment strategies for engineering, operations and production & maintenance talent.

      • Experience working within and enforcing OFCCP hiring guidelines and practices. Experience leading a large team of full life cycle recruiters.

      • Management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple matrixed departments.

      • Experience in the development and management of recruiting metrics and a wide range of data analytics and how they relate to operational performance. A correspondingly strong command of Excel (Pivot Tables, Functions, etc) is highly desired.

      • Interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in successful cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.

      • Knowledge of and/or experience with the government contracting/acquisition lifecycle is a plus.

      The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
