      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee day-to-day operations of the DME Diabetes New Intake Customer Operations Department
      - Manage department workflows and directly supervise New Intake Supervisors to meet performance metrics
      - Monitor product category and pipeline performance, adjusting processes as necessary
      - Build and maintain relationships with DME manufacturers and respond to inquiries and escalations
      - Analyze KPI reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue enhancement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
      - 7-10 years of applicable healthcare and/or DME experience
      - 7-10 years of management experience overseeing a team of at least 25 direct and indirect reports
      - Complete understanding of diabetes as a therapy and knowledge of diabetes medical devices
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce CRM; project management experience is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced oral and written communication skills
      - Revenue cycle experience is a plus
      - Demonstrated ability to coach and develop exempt-level staff
      - Understanding of servant leadership principles and successful application of this approach
