      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the daily operations of the DME Diabetes New Intake Customer Operations Department
      - Manage department workflows and directly supervise New Intake Supervisors
      - Monitor overall department pipeline and performance to ensure budgeted revenue targets are met
      - Analyze daily KPI reports and identify opportunities for process improvement
      - Coach and develop Supervisors in leadership and decision-making skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of applicable Healthcare and/or DME experience
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of management experience overseeing a team of at least 25 direct and indirect reports
      - Advanced oral and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated analytical abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Complete understanding of Diabetes as a therapy and its influence on patient management decisions
      - Diabetes medical device product knowledge
      - Revenue Cycle experience
      - Project Management experience
      - Salesforce CRM knowledge and experience
