      Position Summary

      Designs enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business problems. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Ideates, develops and enhances knowledge content, processes and/or platforms for multiple topics.

      • Identifies and evaluates sources of information, manages knowledge gaps, and communicates their presence to all employees within the business unit.

      • Supports team and trainers, answers questions, addresses concerns and guides the application or interpretation of knowledge content. May facilitate training sessions and workshops.

      • Shares input and insights with strategic partners to further best practices, find alignment and partnership opportunities, and drive an integrated approach to knowledge management.

      • Identifies problems and opportunities to advance content, process and/or systems to align with operational changes or industry developments that knowledge management could improve.

      • Guides the delivery and implementation of content across different programs and modalities, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational guidelines.

      • Acts as a subject matter expert in process training, offering expertise and guidance to other team members and departments.

      • Stays updated on industry best practices and process improvement methodologies to bring innovative ideas to the organization.

      • Administers development programs that are tailored to address the specific needs of individual employees, teams, and/or departments.

      • Conducts evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of development programs, subsequently making improvements based on data-driven insights.

      • Helps coordinate logistics, including scheduling sessions, setting up virtual platforms, and disseminating knowledge materials to employees.

      • Analyzes key performance indicators that track attendance, completion rates, and outcomes.

      • Helps design and develop programs that support employee growth, increase productivity, and foster a learning culture within the organization.

      Required Qualifications

      2+ years of call center experience

      3+ years learning, development, training, knowledge experience

      Content Design experience

      Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

      Adept at collaboration and teamwork

      Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills

      Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills


      Preferred Qualifications

      Medicare experience



      Education

      Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification or equivalent work experience.

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $54,300.00 - $119,340.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
