      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      May perform any or all of the following duties:

      • Responsible for project presentation material to Franchisees, Executive Management, Corporate Partners, Field Operations Support.
      • Leads the Carl’s or Hardee’s Product Implementation Managers, setting expectations and providing coaching and support.
      • Oversees development, coordination, implementation of procedures and operational standards for assigned restaurant tests, system rollouts of new products, technologies, equipment and small-wares
      • Reviews, critiques and modifies operations procedures manuals (OPM, RTM, R&M) in partnership with Ops Readiness Manager(s) to ensure continuity of product requirements and changes for Operations Manuals
      • Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
      • Attends seminars and completes other training to remain current on industry trends
      • Participates in company meetings, webinars and conference calls
      • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

      POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES

      • Minimum six (6) years of experience in restaurant operations management or related experience
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field highly preferred
      • Must have in-house expertise in restaurant operations, systems and procedures; multi-unit preferred
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google
      • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)
      • Must have excellent planning, prioritizing, organizational and problem solving skills
      • Must have ability to analyze complex variable situations and identify appropriate courses of action
      • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting business needs
      • Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
      • Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information.

      WORK ENVIRONMENT

      • Restaurant Support Center that is fast paced, high volume of activity and a deadline driven environment

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS

      • Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
      • Travels as needed approximately forty (40)%
