      JOB SCOPE:
      The Mgr, Supply Chain Business Ops is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of order fulfillment requirements for strategic customers, in alignment with contractual agreements, including leading the creation, enhancement and scaling of operational processes to meet the evolving needs of the Brands' business. The manager leverages both existing and newly developed processes from internal and external organizations to effectively support large, high-value customers.

      JOB SUMMARY:
      The Mgr, Supply Chain Business Ops has a strong delivery record and proven order fulfillment and project management experience. This individual leads strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technological projects, as well as managing sales channel programs. This role is vital in supporting the growth and operational success of the Kenmore Brand, collaborating with various teams to implement scalable and efficient processes.

      Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

      JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain with a strong working knowledge of procedures and standard operating process (SOP) architecture, recommending enhancements to SOPs and overseeing their implementation to achieve business goals
      • Oversees order processing operations and develops procedures to optimize coordination between departments including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT; resolves fulfillment challenges, prioritizes order execution, and streamlines workflow to meet strategic customer needs
      • Manages new and existing Sales Channel programs, successfully delivering on strategic and cross-functional initiatives and overseeing project execution from conception to delivery
      • Leads technology enablement efforts by staying current with industry-leading systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs), Inventory Management Systems (IMSs), Warehouse Management Systems (WMSs), customer portals, and other warehousing automations. Evaluates and recommends technology improvements to drive operational efficiencies and scalability
      • Uses advanced data analysis to evaluate inventory, order trends, delivery metrics, and other performance indicators, making strategic decisions that directly impact inventory optimization, fulfillment efficiency, and customer satisfaction
      • Develops, implements, and governs Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility into milestones and performance across all projects; uses this data to influence strategic planning and drive continuous improvement
      • Leads resolution of complex order escalations and fulfillment issues, utilizing discretion to prioritize responses, implement corrective action plans, and maintain critical customer relationships; acts as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders in high-impact situations

      JOB REQUIREMENTS:
      • Bachelors Degree
      • 3-4 years of related experience
      • Up to 25% travel
      • 18 years of age or older

      REQUIRED SKILLS:
      • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate s degree combined with 3-4 years of progressively responsible supply chain experience and demonstrated leadership may be considered
      • Expert knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics; understands the flow of goods from suppliers to customers and optimizes the end to end fulfillment process
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; analyzes data, identifies areas for improvement, and solves issues related to fulfillment
      • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment; ability to handle a high volume of orders and ensure timely delivery while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and shipping
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effectively collaborates with other departments and external partners
      • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to needs of the audience
      • Ability to develop and improve customer relations and customer experience
      • ERP knowledge essential: Oracle, SAP, JDE
      • Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
      • 3+ years as operations manager or similar role
      • Project management experience
