      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to first responders through various communication channels (calls, chats, texts)
      - Utilize de-escalation techniques to assist callers experiencing crises
      - Document each encounter while in-call and maintain confidentiality
      - Communicate with the Frontline Strong Manager and other staff for support
      - Provide information on resources such as mental health services and substance use treatment facilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Permanent year-round Michigan residency
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health, substance use, and/or crisis work
      - Experience as a First Responder (law enforcement officer, safety officer, paramedic, EMT, firefighter, etc.)
      - At-home high-speed internet on a private network and a HIPAA-compliant dedicated office space

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
      - Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and resources
      - Previous volunteer work in mental health or crisis support settings
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
