What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute data migrations from Microsoft SQL Server databases into Dataverse (Power Platform)
- Design and develop ETL processes using Power Automate and other tools
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and transformation throughout the migration process
- Collaborate with Power Platform developers to align migrated data with business applications
- Monitor and troubleshoot data migration issues, optimizing performance and ensuring accurate data transfer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including schema design and data integration
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and data integration
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures
- Understanding of Power Platform architecture and data flows
- US Citizenship, legal permanent residence, or US work authorization with a minimum of 3 years of continuous US presence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience migrating data from Microsoft SQL Server to Dataverse
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or other ETL tools for advanced data migration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving data migration challenges
